Community Partnerships

The JLP’s Community Impact Committee is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with or volunteer for organizations in the Pittsburgh area that align with the League’s mission. For further information, please email community@jlpgh.org.

Community Grants

The JLP offers grants to 501c(3) organizations that support our ongoing efforts towards a food-secure Greater Pittsburgh community. Our 2026 Grant Recipient was announced at the Spring Tea in March, and we are pleased to share that this year’s grant was awarded to Beverly’s PGH for their infant formula bank!

The mission of Beverly’s PGH is to celebrate and strengthen families in Southwestern Pennsylvania by addressing the social determinants of health that impact their ability to thrive. Through its three core programs—Babies, Birthdays, and Basics—the organization provides essential material goods, joyful celebrations, and vital resource connections that help reduce barriers to maternal and family health support. Grounded in celebration, connection, and care, Beverly’s PGH envisions a future where every family has equitable access to the resources they need, and where all children are loved, supported, and valued.

The Junior League of Pittsburgh’s grant will directly support and feed infants through the Beverly’s PGH Infant Formula Bank. Through this program, as well as the Babies in the Burgh Mobile Unit, families receive critical items such as infant formula, feeding supplies, and lactation support.

The Junior League of Pittsburgh is honored to support this impactful initiative and to help uplift women and families throughout our community.
